About, and how to reach us
Unbillable is a small, single-purpose tool. This page says who is behind it and what it is built for, so you can judge whether it fits what you need before you put client data in it.
Who runs it
It is a one-person product, not an agency, not a funded startup, and not a subsidiary. There is no sales team, no account manager, and no phone line. Support is answered by the same person who builds it.
How to reach support
Email hello@getunbillable.cloud for anything: a bug, a billing question, a refund, a data-deletion request, or a feature that would make this useful for you.
There is also a contact form. Be aware of one limitation, because it is unusual: this site has no outbound email configured yet. A form message is saved and read, but no confirmation mail is sent and there is no automatic reply. Email is the faster route when you need an answer.
We aim to reply to support mail within 2 business days, China Standard Time (UTC+8). That is a target, not a contractual service level, and there is no uptime or response-time guarantee in the Terms.
What it is for
Agency account managers with roughly five to twenty-five clients spend the last week of every month writing the same thing: a client update that reports a mediocre month honestly without losing the account. The numbers are already in a spreadsheet. The hard part is the paragraph.
Unbillable takes the numbers and a short note about what actually happened, and drafts four sections in your own voice:
- a three-sentence executive summary;
- what the numbers did, in prose rather than table-speak;
- why, grounded in the note you gave it;
- what we got wrong — the section most tools will not write, because it is the one clients remember.
You edit it, then copy it as clean text. The tone is matched from two samples you paste, one good month and one bad, so it does not read like every other AI-written client email.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not connect to Google Ads, Meta or GA4. You type the numbers; nobody logs in to your ad accounts.
- It does not check your arithmetic. If spend and conversions give one CPA and you typed another, the draft uses yours.
- It does not send anything to your client. There is no send button, and the output is text you copy.
- It does not keep a CRM, store client contact details, or handle invoices for your agency.
- It is not for personal or sensitive data — see the privacy policy for what must not be entered.
How it is built
A Next.js app on Vercel, with accounts and reports held in a private Vercel Blob store in Frankfurt. Generation calls a third-party language model (DeepSeek) over its API. There is no analytics product on the site, no advertising pixel, and one cookie, which keeps you signed in.
The privacy policy states exactly what is stored, what is sent to the model provider, and where that provider processes it. It is short enough to read in full, and it is the page to read before you paste a real client’s numbers.
