There is no telephone support line. Email is the only channel, and it is answered by the person who operates the service. Replies are usually within two business days.

Yonglie Zhu. Unbillable is a business tool sold to agencies; it is not directed at consumers and carries no editorial content.

The application runs on Vercel. Account data is stored in Vercel Blob in the European Union (Frankfurt), the server-side code that reads and writes it runs in the United States, and report text is generated by DeepSeek’s API. The Privacy Policy lists all of it, including the parts that are inconvenient.

Unbillable sells one-off packs of report credits, not subscriptions. When checkout goes live, card payments will be handled by a merchant of record that is responsible for charging and remitting any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your purchase. Until checkout is connected no charge can be taken and no pack can be bought.

This notice is not complete, and the site is not open for paid sign-ups. The operator’s postal address has not been filled in. It is a single value in lib/site.ts, and this page updates as soon as it is. Email reaches a real person today; post does not.

This site links to external pages, including its payment provider and model provider. Their content is not ours and we do not control it. Responsibility for a linked page rests with the person who operates it. Links are checked when added; no continuing duty to monitor them is accepted.

The text, design and code of Unbillable belong to Yonglie Zhu. Reports you generate from your own figures are yours, as section 5 of the Terms of Service says.
